英文摘要
Sars-Cov-2 project: Our ASP was approved by the CC ACUC. We have started our experiments by developing the LPS lung injury model by administering LPS intratracheally. we are using male and female mice, including WT and ACE2 Transgenic mice. at this stage we are imaging the lung infiltrates and assessing ACE2 levels in the various groups by western and real time qPCR. we don't have any preliminary results yet. HIV project: The work has not been started yet. A protocol will be submitted to ACUC in October 2020.
