SSIMWAVE is a high tech company that provides cutting-edge objective video quality assessment (VQA)products for broadcasters, streamers, and content creators by modeling and measuring viewer experience atevery stage of the digital video distribution system. We intend to develop a set of algorithms based on machinelearning including deep learning and signal processing technologies to evaluate ultra-high-definition (UHD) 4Kvideo content quality. The outcome will not only provide a practical tools to discriminate the 4K videocontents, but also potential provide a preliminary quality and experience evaluation of advantages of 4Kcontents over existing lower resolution video content.
