Values and the Changing of Values during the 20th Century: Century of the manager - Values and changing values of executive employees in German economy 1900-1990.

本研究的目的是建立一个真正的历史分析的价值观在经济上，基于经验数据和方法论的反思。为此，将分析管理人员的经济原则、领导观念和劳动价值观。行政雇员的社会群体几乎完全被历史学所忽视，尽管自工业化以来，这个群体的数量和经济重要性都有所增加。以这一群体为例，从三个层面考察经济中的价值观变化：高管层及其内部话语;社会整体及其对经济领导人的一般话语;第三，企业层面，使用六个具体例子。通过五个案例的分析，从历时的角度来审视管理者的世纪。

The aim of the study is to establish a genuine historical analysis of values in economy, based on empirical data and methodological reflection. For this purpose the economic principles, leadership concepts and labour values of the executive employees will be analysed. The social group of the executive employees has been almost completely ignored by historiography, despite the fact that this group has increased in number and economic importance since Industrialisation. With the example of this group, value change in economy will be investigated on three levels: on the level of executive employees and their internal discourse; on the level of society as a whole and its general discourse on economic leaders; and thirdly, on the level of corporations, using six specific examples. A diachronic perspective will be achieved with the help of five case studies to bring the century of the manager into focus.
