Developed the flat top laser illumination system by using two axicon lens

在本研究中，我们开发了使用双轴透镜的平顶激光照明系统。因此，两个轴突透镜之间存在一些几何问题。光强分布受两个透镜相对位置和角度的影响。在现有的光子学部件精度方面，很难构建稳定的系统。激光器本身的光廓形影响平顶激光器的光廓形。有必要设计更简单、更稳定的光学系统。

In this study, we developed the flat top laser illumination system by using two axicon lens. As a results, there are some problems that are the geometry between the two axicon lenses. The profile of optical intensity was influenced by the relative position and angle of the two lenses. In the accuracy of the current parts of photonics, it is hard to construct the stable system. And the optical profile of laser itself affected the profile of flat top laser. It is necessary to design more easy and stable the optical system.
