DETECTION OF DNA POLYMORPHISMS AND CONSTRUCTION OF LINKAGE MAP BASED ON JAPONICA RICES

为了构建基于粳稻/粳稻杂交作图群体的RAPD/RFLP连锁图谱，对两个粳稻品种台中65和日本晴进行了RAPD和RFLP分析。共鉴定出58个RAPD标记和9个RFLP标记，并利用F2群体进行了连锁分析。在此基础上，构建了由13个连锁群和67个标记组成的遗传图谱。此外，重组自交系（RI系）是从同一个杂交组合，并用于RAPD/RFLP图谱。本研究将所获得的RAPD标记应用于福冈县农业试验场保存的20个普通品种的指纹图谱。本研究成功鉴定了20个品种。

To construct RAPD/RFLP linkage map based on mapping population derived from Japonica/Japonica cross, RAPDs and RFLPs were surveyed between two japonica varieties Taichung 65 and Nipponbare. 58RAPD and 9 RFLP markers were identified and the linkage mapping was performed using the F2 population. Consequently, we developed the DNA marker map which was consisted of 13 linkage groups and 67 markers. In addition, recombinant inbred lines (RI lines) were developed from the same cross combination and used for RAPD/RFLP mapping. The map from RI lines strongly supported that from F2 population.The RAPD markers found in this study were applied to fingerprints of 20 common varieties maintained in Fukuoka Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station. The 20 varieties were successfully identified in this study.
