Follow-up Research on Asian Overseas Students : Aiming for a transmissible model of legal education and towards building a methodology toward this end

我们通过对曾经留学日本的留学生，特别是来自亚洲各国的留学生进行跟踪调查，采用开放式访谈和问卷调查的方式，来探讨和澄清迄今为止日本的法律教育是如何有效的，同时对于这些来自不同国家的留学生来说，法律教育存在什么样的限制。根据调查结果，我们寻找一种能够将超越国籍和年龄的全球法律教育与日本仅针对日本人的法律教育方法相结合的方法，并探讨日本法律教育向全球传播过渡所必需的要点。

Through a follow up investigation of former overseas students in particular those from various Asian countries, using surveys based on open-ended interviews and a questionnaire, we made to explore and clarify how legal education in Japan up until now has been effective and at the same time what kind of limitations there are for these overseas students from a variety of countries. Based on the result ofthe survey, we searched a methodology that can combine global legal education that transcends nationality and age with Japan'slegal education method which only targets Japanese people, and discussed about the points necessary for a transition to a global transmission of legal education in Japan.
