Survey on Patient's Behavior for Acupuncture and/or Massage Therapy and Attitude toward the Financial Strain

对全国2，000名成年人进行了挨家挨户的调查（回复率为68.1%）。监测日前1个月针灸咨询率为2.2%（4.6±3.7次/月），其中单纯针灸咨询率为0.8%。此外，一年内接受针灸治疗的比例（随访）为7.3%（4.2±5.6次/年），其中单独接受针灸治疗的比例估计为3.6%;另一方面，一个月内接受推拿治疗的比例为5.3%（6.2±7.3次/月），其中单独接受推拿治疗的比例估计为3.9%。一年内接受抗肿瘤治疗（脱落）的比例为15.5%（5.8±8.9次/年），其中单纯抗肿瘤治疗的比例估计为11%。

Door-to-door survey was conducted to 2,000 adults nationwide (response rate 68.1%). Consequently, the consultation rate of acupuncture (and moxibustion) therapy in a month before the surveillance day was 2.2% (4.6±3.7 times/month), of which acupuncture alone was 0.8%. In addition, the rate of who experienced acupuncture in a year (the fallout) accounted for 7.3% (4.2±5.6 times/year), of which acupuncture alone was estimated to 3.6%.On the other hand, the consultation rate of anma (massage) therapy in a month was 5.3% (6.2±7.3 times/month), of which anma alone was 3.9%. And the rate of who experienced anma therapy in a year (the fallout) was 15.5% (5.8±8.9 times/year), of which anma alone was estimated to 11%.
