Fundamental research in Japanese clinical ethics consultation

基于对美国医疗机构中临床伦理咨询服务（CECs）的观察性研究和东京大学医院患者关系与伦理中心（PREC）过去的活动，开发了一个将临床伦理咨询服务（CECs）与日本临床环境相结合的系统。该系统被命名为“东京大学医院模型”。日本CECs的教育工具是基于PREC收集的过去咨询案例的分析而开发的，并作为定期特刊或以案例手册的形式出版。

A system that integrates clinical ethics consultation services(CECs) with the Japanese clinical setting was developed based on an observational study of CECs in U. S. medical organizations and past activities of the Patient Relations and Ethics Center(PREC) of the University of Tokyo Hospital. The system was named "The University of Tokyo Hospital Model." Educational tools of CECs in Japan were developed based on an analysis of past consultation cases collected by PREC, and published as a regular feature or in casebook form.
