Development of narrative approach for depression suicidal behavior patients

本研究的目的是通过叙事的方法来阐明抑郁症患者的自杀预防效果。本研究采用定性方法进行分析，并进行改进，以获得被试的生活技能能力和危机自我照顾应对策略。疗程结束后，他们不再自责，不再受迫害，不再有自杀的念头。但其中8人至今仍保持矛盾、焦虑和反复自杀念头。这意味着需要继续精神治疗，包括药物治疗和咨询。在接下来的研究中，我们将尝试将叙事方法与情绪调节疗法（EMT）相结合。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the suicide prevention effect for the depression people by narrative approach.This study was analyzed by qualitative method and improved to get the power of life skills and coping strategies self-care at crisis of the subject. And they became free from self-reproach and persecution complex and suicidal thought after the sessions. But 8 were keep confliction, anxiety and repeated suicidal thought still now. It means the necessity to continue the psychiatric treatment, both medications and try to consultations. We will try to use narrative approach with Emotion Modulation Therapy (EMT) from next study.
