A Microeconomic Analysis of Corporate Governance and Human Resource Management in Russia

市场和公司治理方面的基本制度在俄罗斯有了长足的发展。同时，我们可以清楚地看到，苏联时期的一些遗产仍然对企业行为和劳动力市场的制度安排等产生了很大的影响。俄罗斯经济往往容易受到世界油气价格的负面影响。我们的研究表明，俄罗斯经济在很大程度上依赖于苏联时期形成的制度框架，伴随着剧烈的市场制度变迁。

Basic institutions in markets and corporate governance have drastically developed in Russia. At the same time we can clearly observe that some legacies inherited from the Soviet time has still given great impacts on corporate behaviors and institutional arrangements in labor market etc. And Russian economy is often vulnerable from negative impact of gas and oil world price. Our research shows that Russian economy has strong depended on the institutional framework formed in the Soviet time, accompanying with drastic market institutional changes.
