项目摘要

令和4年度の主な研究成果は、(1)国際学会での研究発表、(2)海外の大学の研究者とのネットワーク形成、(3)データセットの準備が整ったことの3点である。(1)の学会参加については、パンデミックの影響で長らく対面参加ができていなかった国際学会（Euro-Asia Management Studies Association）に対面で参加し、研究発表を行った。日本企業の人的資源管理の発表および国際チームで働くリーダーに関する発表を行い、多様なコメントを受けることができ、日本人メンバーを含むバーチャルチームメンバーの感情面の管理や効果的な人事管理についての本研究を円滑に推進する上でのヒント多く得ることができた。(2)のネットワーキングについては、参加した学会やその他の学術的交流場面において、ヨーロッパやアジア各国の研究者らとネットワーキングを行うことができ、研究上の重要な情報交換を行うことができたとともに、今後の共同研究の計画を開始することもできた。研究テーマを多角的な視野で見つめ直すことは客観的な議論に不可欠であることから、構築したネットワークを今後の本課題の研究の遂行にも十分に役立てていきたい。(3)のデータセットの準備については、本研究の開始当時から蓄積してきたデータがようやく分析し得るサンプル数に到達したため、量的分析用と質的分析用に分けた上で情報を整理し、分析をスムーズに開始できるよう準備した。量的分析用のデータは数値化して表データに起こし、質的分析用データは既にNvivoで複数回プロセスでコーディングを行なった上でコードブックを作成した。令和5年度はこれらのデータセットをもとにすぐに分析を開始できる状況である。
