2022年度も2021年度と同様に、2か月に1度、プロジェクトメンバーで進捗を確認しながら研究を進めた。2020年度2021年度は、コロナ禍のため、主としてオンラインで研究会を開催してきたが、今年度は、夏季休暇中と春期休暇中に、メンバーの所属大学（龍谷大学、立命館アジア太平洋大学）において、メンバー全員が集まって対面で研究会を開催し、分析結果の共有や、分析の視点に関する議論を行った。加えて、外部講師を招いて講演会も開催することができた。今年度は、前年度に職場で収録・整理した動画・音声の談話分析をさらに進めた。朝礼、業務日誌、業務指示等で行われているインタラクションの考察を通して、個人の・双方向の「省察」（ふりかえりの実践）が、頻繁に行われるようにデザインされていることを発見した。収録した動画・音声データ分析と並行して、日本の職場文化のステレオタイプを調べるために、外国人が作成したyou tube動画を収集・分類・整理し、量的分析・質的談話分析を開始した。談話分析の結果は、2つの国内学会（2022年10月開催の国際ビジネスコミュニケーション学会、2023年3月開催の社会言語科学会）で発表した。発表内容は、論文として執筆を進めている。加えて、国際学会（2023年夏開催の国際語用論学会）にも応募し採択された。そのため、本科研を延長申請し承認された。2023年度まで研究を継続して進めることとなった。
