项目摘要

本研究は、アジア新興国における日系企業の進出について、企業の個票データを用いて、立地選択の要因を地理的・空間的視点から実証分析することである。具体的には、進出企業サイドの要因に加えて、受け入れ国側の要因として現地経済や産業の特徴およびグローバル・プロダクション・ネットワーク（GPN）といった観点を取り入れ、アジア地域における日系企業の進出パターンを包括的に議論することを目指している。最終的な目的は、日系企業および現地経済双方にとって最適な政策を提示することである。2022年度に取り組んだことは以下の３点である。(1)ベトナムに進出する日系企業および現地経済に関するデータセットの構築、記述統計分析を通したパターンの検証(2)ベトナムの現地経済事情および貿易、投資政策についての検証(3)推計モデルの選択に関する(1)については、2010年代を通して、ベトナムに進出する日系企業の立地選択はどのような特徴があるのか、また現地経済事情との関係性について、記述統計分析を基に検証した。(2)および(3)に関しては、ベトナムの国内経済統計（Enterprise Survey）を用いて、現地経済事情について考察を行った。さらに、関連の科研プロジェクトおよび「神戸国際経済研究会：KIES」のメンバーとも議論を重ね、分析結果について考察を深めた。結果として、近年にベトナムに進出する日系企業の立地選択に関する地理的要因および進出パターンについて、実証分析に基づいて、ある程度、その特徴を明らかにすることができた。現在、これらの研究成果を論文としてまとめている状況である。

This study focuses on the analysis of the key factors of site selection, geographical and spatial perspectives of Japanese enterprises 'entry and exit, individual use and location. The main reasons for the entry and exit of enterprises include the characteristics of local enterprises and the entry and exit of Japanese enterprises. The ultimate goal is to promote the most appropriate policies for both Japanese and Japanese companies. In 2022, the following three points were selected. (2)(3) Enterprise Survey (Enterprise Survey) is used to investigate and analyze local economic activities. In addition, related scientific research projects and "Kyoto International Economic Research Association: KIES" are discussed and analyzed. The results show that in recent years, the geographical factors related to the site selection of Japanese enterprises, the basic conditions, the degree and the characteristics of Japanese enterprises have been clarified. Now, the research results of the paper are in the process of being published.
