オルタナティブ教育の中間支援組織に関する地域間比較を目的とする本共同研究の本年度の主な実績としては，①本共同研究としての成果発表，②研究分担者の個別，あるいは共同による調査の成果発表があげられる。まず①について，日本教育学会第81回大会にてラウンドテーブル「オルタナティブ教育の中間支援組織の地域間比較」を企画し，共同研究の成果について報告・議論を行った。研究分担者が調査を行った4つの地域の中間支援組織について，共同研究のメンバー間での検討を通じて，形成過程の差異から「行政起因型」と「民間生成型」というカテゴリーが考案された。ラウンドテーブルでは，それらのカテゴリーをもとに4つの地域でのオルタナティブスクール（以下AS）・フリースクール（以下FS）などの複数のアクターの連携の背景や現状，および中間支援組織と行政の関係の動向が発表されるとともに，それらを包括的に捉えるための視座について議論が行われた。フロアを含めた議論を通じて，AS・FSの地域における中間支援組織をめぐる諸アクターの特性と機能に関する論点を抽出することができた。また②について，研究分担者による個別の調査に基づく成果が発表された（研究成果参照）。具体的には，FSの持続可能性やセーフティーネットの役割に関して，地域における諸アクターとのネットワーキングの動向，およびその重要性を指摘する図書・論文が刊行された。また研究分担者による学会発表としては，教育機会確保法後の地域におけるASの葛藤を含めた動向に関する報告，及び教育運動の調査をもとに協働による地域コミュニティのあり方に関する報告があげられる。これらの成果以外に，3つのASが共同で行った自己評価・相互評価の取り組みの意義と課題，及びASのネットワークの役割に関して，研究分担者が実施したアクションリサーチに基づく報告書も発表されている。

For the purpose of regional comparison of educational intermediate support organizations, the main achievements of this joint study this year are: (1) the results of this joint study are presented;(2) the results of this joint study are presented individually by the study contributors; and (3) the results of this joint study are presented. The 81st Conference of the Japan Education Association held a joint research project entitled "Regional Comparison of Intermediate Support Organizations for Education." The research contributors are involved in the investigation of the intermediate support organizations in the four regions, and the joint research of the intermediate support organizations is conducted. The differences in the process of formation are "administrative origin type" and "folk generation type". The background and status quo of the connection between the plural and the administrative relations between the intermediate support organizations and the development of the relations between the two sides are discussed in detail. The location of the AS/FS and the characteristics of the AS/FS are discussed. (2) The results of individual investigations conducted by the research contributors are listed below (refer to the research results).
