项目摘要

計画では、研究開始後の3年間で、主にだし教育コンテンツの開発を進めることとし、残り2年間でその活用方法の検討と実践を行うこととしている。本年度は、昨年度に行った現場教員へのインタビュー結果をふまえ、教員が授業計画を立てる際に使い勝手のよい、授業に組み込みやすいユニット型の教材とそのパーツとなる各種コンテンツ（画像、動画、ワークシート、だし・だし食材に関する説明文等）の開発を中心に行った。なお、だしの授業をみそ汁作りの単元に組み込むことを想定し、野菜の切り方やみそ、汁の実に関するものも含めた。それらを組み合わせた授業展開例については、指導案・略案の例示を検討した。また、実際に教員が調理実習やだしに関する実験授業の準備を行う際には、使用する食材・備品の選定や分配、試料の調製条件、児童が行う作業の段取りや説明方法等、指導案には表れない様々な準備作業が生じる。その準備を円滑に進める手助けとなる情報を整理し、教員用の手引きとして開発・蓄積することを進めた。一連の教育コンテンツは、Webサイトを新設しそこで公開・共有するように準備を進めている。GIGAスクール構想によりICT化が進む教育現場においては、活用できる情報の形態に制約が伴うことが多く、代表的な学習支援システムへの適応についての検討が必要と考えられた。また、教員が必要とする背景知識の拡充を目指し、昆布の生産状況や種類、昆布だしの取り方等に関する論文を学会誌で報告した。
