前年度に引き続き、飲食文化を中心に、満漢の文化接触の様相を調査した。荒木は、『金瓶梅』に見られる茶の淹れ方に関する動詞を『満文金瓶梅』ではどのように訳出しているかを調査した。『金瓶梅』では“点”が最も用例が多い上、茶の抽出以外の動作、例えば淹れた茶を運んできて提供する動作、日本語の「お茶くみ」のような概念的な動作を表す場合もあるが、『満文金瓶梅』ではそれぞれの動作を具体的に訳出していること、“頓、煮、烹”は茶以外のものを目的語に取ることもあるが、茶の場合には訳語がほぼfeifu-/fuifu-に落ち着くことを明らかにした。鋤田は1771年の辞書『御製増訂清文鑑』の食文化関連の語彙項目を調査し、食べ物や飲み物の種類、加工法、調理法、関連する表現を考察した。例えば「酒」を表す語彙が実はそれほど多くないこと、かつては餡が入っていたものを指していた「饅頭」が、この時代には既に餡なしになっていたこと、食べ物の硬軟に関する表現では硬い様子を表す語の方が多いこと、などを実例を挙げて示した。大野は、祭祀祈祷における「犠牲」について調査した。満洲族は、漢族に対しては儒教を、モンゴル、チベットに対してはチベット仏教を、巧みに利用して統治している一方、自身のアイデンティティを保つためにシャーマンによる伝統的な祈祷とその形式を守っていたこと、そこには「犠牲」＝豚が欠かせなかったことが明らかになった。小松原は、第一に、清代中期の旗人官僚の満州語力と乾隆帝の指導を通じて、「ことば」というアイデンティティの維持における理想と現実について、考察を行った。第二に、北京のチベット仏教寺院・雍和宮において毎年旧暦12月8日清の宮廷主催で行われた粥炊きについて、档案史料を用いながら日程、材料の手配など実務的な内容を中心に分析し、この行事は満漢の文化が融合した風習であるという、従来の研究にない新たな視点を明示した。
