本研究では、2000年以降、大きく変貌し続ける中国シルクロード域の開発環境史を明らかにすることを目的としている。環境問題と貧困問題が非常に深刻な甘粛省の事例を中心に、史上最大規模の国家開発（西部開発、一帯一路政策）と環境再生事業を通じた地域社会の再編過程を社会学的に解明することを目指している。本年度は、おもに中国シルクロード域における開発史と環境史作成のために、西部大開発戦略と一帯一路政策の史的展開および環境政策を整理することを目的とした。本年度は、甘粛省蘭州市でのフィールド調査を実施する予定であったが、新型コロナ感染拡大により、中国への渡航を断念せざるを得なかった。計画していたフィールド調査を代替するために、本年度も継続的に、各種統計資料を幅広く収集し、データ整理を行った。また、衛星写真データの収集も併せて行い、これまでに収集してきたフィールドデータと統合することにより、最終年度に向けたデータ整理を行った。最終年度においてもフィールド調査の実施が不確定であるため、収集しうる限り、中国で刊行されている年鑑や統計を収集するとともに、西部地域を対象とする統計資料についても網羅的に収集し、フィールド調査データを補充するように努めた。さらに、昨年度収集した中国シルクロード域に関するドキュメンタリー分析に着手し、開発報告書や地域住民による記録・記憶の証言集をもとに、ナラティブ分析についても準備を進めた。本年度の研究成果については、2023年6月28日に、国際社会学会にてオンラインで発表する予定である。

This study aims to clarify the environmental history of development in China since 2000 Environmental issues and poverty issues are very profound, and the largest national development in history (western development, one-way policy), environmental regeneration, regional social reorganization, and sociological explanations are pointed out. This year, the development history and environmental history of China, the development strategy of China's western region, the development history of China's one-way policy, and the environmental policy were organized. This year, the survey of Lan 'Zhou City in Gansu Province was scheduled to be carried out, and the new type of infection was greatly affected, and the transit of China was interrupted. The survey was conducted on the basis of the statistical data collected for the current year. The collection of satellite photos is organized in the middle of the year, and the collection is organized in the final year. The implementation of the final annual survey is uncertain, and the collection is limited. The publication of the yearbook in China is related to the collection of statistical data in the western region. In the past, the collection of China's national data has been analyzed and prepared. This year's research results will be published on June 28, 2023 by the International Society of Sociology.
