本研究では,高校生を対象に,悩みの経験から学校適応に至るモデルの中で,援助要請行動を抑制する要因(以下:援助要請抑制要因)が,どのように影響しているかを検討することを目的とした。援助要請行動を抑制する項目群は,援助要請行動抑制要因を測定する目的で作成された。大谷(平成23年度奨励研究課題番号23906005)が収集した項目や先行研究(e.g.永井・新井,2007;加茂田・秋光,2012)の項目を参考に,臨床心理学を専門とする大学教員1名,高校教員1名で高校生に適用できるよう検討し52項目を作成した。調査は,A県の高等学校計2校に在籍する高校1年生から高校3年生までの生徒227名を対象とした。悩んでいることについて先生に話をする場合,各項目内容に示す事柄について,どの程度思うかについて5件法で回答を求めた。援助要請行動を抑制する項目群の52項目の得点について,主因子法,プロマックス回転による因子分析を行った。最終的に32項目を削除し,5因子20項目(各因子4項目)が抽出された(回転〓の説明率は51.80%)。第1因子を「相手への配慮」因子,第2因子を「表現への不安」因子,第3因子を「理解への不信」因子,第4因子を「評価への懸念」因子,第5因子を「秘密保持への懸念」因子と命名した。信頼性係数(Cronbachのα係数)はそれぞれ.910,.913,.912,.865,.930であり,内的一貫性が確認されたため,各下位尺度の項目得点の合計をそれぞれの下位尺度の得点として使用した。次に,先行研究(本田・新井・石隈,2010)のモデルに,援助要請抑制要因を組み込んで,共分散構造分析によるモデルの検討を行った。モデルは,第1水準に「悩みの経験」を設定し,第2水準に先行研究の「援助要請行動スキル」に加えて本研究で作成した「相手への配慮」「表現への不安」「理解への不信」「評価への懸念」「秘密保持への懸念」を設定した。第3水準に「実行されたサポート」,第4水準に「ポジティブな評価」「ネガティブな評価」,第5水準に「学校生活享受感」を設定した。その結果,モデルの適合度は,x^2=44.05(p<.005),df=26,GFI=.968,AGFI=.918,CFI=.985,RMSEA=.055,AIC=124.05であった。先行研究のモデルの第2水準に,援助要請抑制要因を設定することで,先行研究と違うパスが見られた。このことから,生徒の援助要請行動を促進するための支援を考える場合,援助要請行動スキルのみを考慮するのではなく,援助要請抑制要因にも注目する必要性が示唆された。

This study aims to investigate the main factors that influence college students 'behavior, including the influence of school environment and the influence of assistance on college students' behavior.
