项目摘要

研究目的:高度化するがん医療を適切に推進するためには、チーム医療が重要であり、がん専門薬剤師の果たす役割は大きい。しかし、北陸地区ではがん専門薬剤師が少ない。そこで、先進的な米国のがん専門薬剤師の活動を共有し、がん薬物療法を適切に推進するための薬学的介入について研修会を開催し、がん専門薬剤師の育成に取り組むことを目的とした。研究方法:日本薬学会北陸支部および日本病院薬剤師会北陸ブロックの協力を得て、北陸地区の薬剤師を対象とした「がん薬物療法における薬剤師の専門的介入・症例検討会」を開催した。その中で、日米のがん専門薬剤師の教育制度・活動内容の紹介、北陸地区のがん専門薬剤師による専門的な介入の事例紹介を行った。その際、ワークショップ形式で、参加者の薬学的介入事例について症例検討を行った。研究成果:研修会は、8月と3月に2回開催し、がん専門薬剤師や他の施設の薬剤師とともに、薬学的介入事例に対する症例検討を行い、よりよい介入方法について学んだ。研修の成果は、冊子にまとめ参加者に配布し、情報の共有を図った。研修会参加者に対してアンケート調査を実施した結果、全員から研修会が今後のがん薬物療法に関する業務に役立ち、興味深かったという回答を得た。また、参加者は日本のがん医療に関する薬剤師の活動が米国に比して立ち遅れているという意識をもっており、今後のさらなる努力が必要と考えていた。これらの取り組みや、今後の日本のがん専門薬剤師の目指す課題について、24^<th>FAPA Congressで発表し、アジア地区のがん医療に関わる薬剤師と共に、各国の実情に関する情報交換、よりよいがん薬物療法の実践に向けた討論を行った。発表成果は、教育部門での最優秀発表として評価された。本研究によって、北陸地区のがん薬物療法に関わる薬剤師の能力向上が図られ、チーム医療に貢献することができた。
