项目摘要

現在教師教育には、質の高い実践的指導力を育成することが求められている。今必要なのは、知識・技術と問題解決的思考との有機的統合の育成を目指す教師教育プログラムを開発することである。アメリカの教師教育で近年注目されている「教えることを学ぶ」(leaming to teach)の考え方に基づいて実践されているプログラムは、この課題に対して有効な示唆を与えてくれるものである。本研究では、上記の課題を解決するために、アメリカの教師教育において「教えることを学ぶ」という観点から開発され実践されている教育教育プログラムの内容と方法に関する基礎的研究を行うことを目的とする。上記の目的を達成するために、前年度の「教えることを学ぶ」という概念とその背景を明確にする作業に引き続いて、本年度は、収集した資料を分析して、「教えることを学ぶ」という観点から開発され実践されている教育教育プログラムの内容と方法の基本的特質を明確にする作業を行った。その結果、以下のことを明らかにした.1 「教えることを学ぶ」に関する研究の成果を踏まえて、教職課程の学生が入学前から持っている教育や教師や授業についての誤った概念・知識を組み替えることを目的とする授業を組んでいる。2 そのための授業方法としてケース・メソッドが活用されている。3 教職課程の学生が「教えることを学ぶ」ことを正しく理解できる機会として、最終学年での1年間のインターン実習、教職専門開発学校での実習など、より実践場面に近い状況での実習経験を設定している。4 「教えることを学ぶ」という概念は、学部のみならず修士課程や博士課程のカリキュラムにも見られ、いわば学部から大学院までの体系化を図っている。
