项目摘要

本研究は、女性が妊娠期から産後6か月にかけて、新しい成員を迎え家族を形成してゆくプロセスを記述し、家族看護学に示唆を得ることを目的とした。研究プロセス:24人の女性に、妊娠末期・産後2か月・産後6か月にインタビューを実施し、質的因子探索型の手法により分析した研究成果を3つの側面から発表する予定である。研究成果:(1)ファミリーインタビューでの新しい家族成員を迎える女性と家族:女性の家族の表現する日常生活場面の話題の中心は、家族内部は「生活の変化」であり、家族外部は、「形成してゆく家族の境界」であった。家族内部が機能している日常生活場面は、子どもを生み育てるプロセスで、家族の生活はどのように変化し対処しているかで表現した。家族外部との機能している目常生活場面は、夫婦と子ども達は、自分達で形成してゆく家族の境界を明瞭し、どの時期にどのような外部からのサポートを獲得すると有効かにより表現した。(2)第一子同伴のインタビューでの第2子を迎える女性:女性の表現する家族内部・外部の日常生活場面の話題の中心は、「第1子」であった。家族内部が機能している日常生活場面は、第1子が第2子との生活が安定しているか、否かで表現した。家族外部との機能している日常生活場面は、第1子が活発に外部と交流したいという欲求に、第2子と女性の生活がどの程度かみ合わせることが可能かで表現した。(3)第4子を迎える女性:女性の表現する家族内部・外部の日常生活場面の話題の中心は、「上の子ども達の生活のペース」であった。家族内部が機能している日常生活場面は、出産・育児を家族全体の課題として取り組んでいる様子で表現した。家族外部との機能している日常生活場面は、生活が安定期を迎えるとそれぞれの成員と外部の相互作用は活発になると表現した。新しい成員を迎え、家族を形成してゆくプロセスの女性が表現する「家族が機能している日常生活場面」を分析した結果、出産・育児を迎える家族に関わる看護者が、システムとしての家族の発達課題のに可能な援助のために、以上のような有効な示唆を得た。
