项目摘要

平成5年度の重点「認知・言語」の科研費による研究として、以下の3つのことを行った。(1)筆者の申請テーマである身振りや延滞模倣と理論的に深く関連したテーマである“ふり"について、広く文献にあたり理論的考察を行い、その結果を論文「“ふり"の3つのタイプ」(印刷中)としてまとめた。そこにおいて、筆者は、いわゆる“ふり"を次の3つのタイプに分類した。(1)コミュニケーション行為としての“ふり"、(2)「動作による表象」としての“ふり"、(3)象徴的行為としての“ふり"。そして、大部分の乳幼児の“ふり"は(2)の“ふり"であり、(3)の“ふり"は2歳の誕生日前後に出現するという主張を行った。(2)筆者が長期に渡って全生活を日誌的に縦断的観察を行った乳児Uの生後2年目のデータについて、その日誌的観察記録(生後2年間で原稿用紙約8千枚)の分析・整理の作業を行った。また、乳児Uの生後2年目のビデオ記録テープを逐語的に文字録化する作業を行った。これらの分析資料の一部を整理し、乳児Uの生後10か月から1歳4か月までの“ふり"の発達についてまとめ、これを1994年3月末の発達心理学会にて発表を行う予定である(発表論文は印刷中)。[(2)に科研費で購入したパソコンを用いていた]。(3)自閉症児の療育に参加し、その遊びを観察し記録することによって、彼らの象徴能力・ふりの能力の特異性を明らかにする長期的縦断研究を継続して行った。また、自閉症児の“ふり"や象徴能力についてレヴュー的研究を行い、それを1993年度の重点研究の「成果報告」の一部として提出した。
