本年度は、重点領域研究の4年目で、最終年度である。したがって、新たな調査研究は企画せず、これまで実施した調査データの分析と論文の作成に専念した。その結果、ソフトウェア技術者のストレス関連とOA化と職業性ストレス関連のそれぞれにおいて、95年中に成果を公表することが決まっている。1)まず、ソフトウェア技術者の職業性ストレスに関しては、藤垣がIndustrial Healthにソフトウェア開発の管理者のストレスを分析して投稿し、現在印刷中である。さらに、今年の7月に横浜で開催されるHuman-Computer Interactionの国際学会において、藤垣はソフトウェア技術者のストレスを分析する理論的枠組みをまとめて、報告する。そして、原谷は、ソフトウェア技術者と開発管理者のストレスを比較して報告する。2)オフィスのOA化の進展とストレス問題に関しては、朝倉が東京都の調査データを基に、東京都立労働研究所報にその成果を公表する。また、7月に横浜で開催されるHuman-Computer Interactionにおいて、OA化の進展とストレスの関係に、ジェンダーという要因を加えて分析し、その成果を報告する。

This year, focus areas of research for 4 years, the final year. The new research project is planned, and the new research project is analyzed and written. Compare the work of engineers and development managers. 2) The progress of OA in Tokyo is related to the research results reported by Asakura and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Research Institute. In July, the Human-Computer Interaction Report was launched. The progress of OA and the relationship between them were analyzed. The results were reported.
