Research on agreement formation of the fiscal adjustment in decentralization

本研究针对台湾地区财政调整制度之协议形成进行了监督研究。此外，我们还对韩国和欧洲等国的财政调整制度进行了比较研究。我们进行的活动使其结果反映在日本的分散化论点中。特别是对台湾地区的考察研究结果，形成了对日本大城市体制和财政调整争论的新观点。

We performed surveillance study about agreement formation of the fiscal adjustment system of Taiwan. In addition, we performed the comparative study of fiscal adjustment systems, such as South Korea and Europe. We performed activity which makes the result reflect in Japan's decentralization argument. Especially the result of the surveillance study about Taiwan formed a new viewpoint about the big city system of Japan and the argument on fiscal adjustment.
