项目摘要

研究計画初年度である令和4年度（令和4年10月～令和5年3月）は、新型コロナ感染症による諸制限が世界的に緩和されたのを機に、代表者は、4年半の本研究計画全体で取り上げる予定の主たる調査対象地につき、選択的に現地入りして予備調査の形で研究活動に着手した。本年度の具体的な活動内容は以下のとおりである。研究プロジェクトの採択を承け、令和4年11月初旬に構成員全員でのオンライン会議を開催し、今後の研究計画の詳細を共有し、成果公開のやりかたなどについても意見交換した。令和5年1月に、研究代表者がマレーシア連邦・クアラルンプルに赴き、海外共同研究者が所属する機関を訪れて、研究所長らとも面会を果たし、計画の内容を共有した。本研究メンバーは、相互に乗り入れるかたちで4班（思想・宗教班、移民・マイノリティ班、デジタル・ヒューマニティーズ班、映像・ホームページ班）を構成しており、必要に応じてオンライン等で班の会議を開いている。その成果として、本研究プロジェクトのホームページ（https://sites.google.com/view/7jdq6tnz/home?authuser=0）が完成し、研究成果などを随時アップロードして、成果公開の一助としている。期間中に名古屋の中京大学を訪問し、コアメンバーの田中鉄也准教授とも具に意見交換して、研究活動の今後の進め方等についても意見交換している。その際に、市内の名古屋モスクを見学し、移民受け入れに伴う文化摩擦や胃宗教理解の問題点につき、さまざまな問題に触れ得た。以上のように、初年度としては、渡航できる範囲で必要な場所場所を訪れ、今後の研究活動の下準備を果たすことができた。論攷等のかたちでの成果の公開については、取り急ぎ今年度中に、英語による論文集として中間成果の公開準備を進めている。
