项目摘要

(1) The purpose of this study is to clarify the present conditions and problems of teacher education as a total system, and it depends on our former study of teacher training education. The main topic of each years study is as follows. In the first and second years(1985,1986),we tried to find the general trends of in-service education in prefectures and cities; In the final year(1987),we invetigated the total process of teacher education and attempted to find possibilities for reform in the future.(2) In the first two years, we gave out questionnares to students,teachers and staffs of local education authorities, particularly to supervisors. We can confirm that there is no common agreement between the various groups as to content, method of education at university or with regard to teacher training, selection procedure and in-service education. In addition, we find that those attitude of the teachers and opinions of staff as to evaluationg the current system,differ from teachers and students who are developed and are selected.(3) A new law for certification of educational personnel have been launched and the opinion that a much more detailed procedure for selection is necessary hasbeen growing. Furthermore, training of newly recruited teachers in state schools has been provided while integrating a lot of in-service education.We feel that local education authorities realize that teacher education must have the continuity. However, Such new government and local education authorities policies are based on the serious competition and each education authority can select the better quality teachers according to the new official criteria. However, we doubt whether these policies foster the process of professional growth.(4) In last year study, we examined the possibility of reforming of teacher education as a whole and presented a framework for the theory in teacher education.
(1)本研究的目的是在借鉴前人对师范教育研究的基础上,对我国师范教育作为一个整体系统的现状和存在的问题进行梳理。每年研究的主要课题如下。第一、二年(1985、1986年),我们试图了解各地市在职教师教育的总体发展趋势;第三年(1987年),我们考察了教师教育的全过程,并试图寻找今后教师教育改革的可能性。(2)在头两年,我们向学生、教师和当地教育部门的工作人员,特别是督导员发放了奖金。我们可以证实,各群体对于大学教育的内容、方法或教师培训、选拔程序和在职教育没有共同的协议。此外,本研究发现,教师对现行制度的评价态度及员工对现行制度的评价意见,与发展中的教师及被选拔的学生有差异。(3)一项新的教育人员认证法已经出台,越来越多的人认为有必要制定更详细的选拔程序。此外,国立学校新招聘的教师的培训也得到了提供,同时整合了许多在职教育。我们认为,地方教育当局认识到教师教育必须具有连续性。然而,这种新的政府和地方教育当局的政策是基于严重的竞争,每个教育当局可以选择更好的质量教师根据新的官方标准。然而,我们怀疑这些政策是否促进了专业成长的过程。(4)在去年的研究中,我们从整体上探讨了教师教育改革的可能性,并提出了教师教育理论的框架。
