We investigated and got following results on the development of analyzing and imaging system of three-dimensional brain functional mapping for diagnosis and treatment evaluation of language and cognitive disorders.1.For developing a method of three-dimensional brain functional localization based on neurosynaptic circuit model, we tried three-dimensional functional localization by use of a scalp current density method on spherical cortex in the cortico-subcortical model.2.For developing a testing paradigm of functional localization in verbal and cognitive deficits, we implemented a program of instructing strategies on paradigms for verbal and cognitive functions.3.For establishing a evaluation method of treatment as well as rehabilitation of verbal and cognitive deficits, we proposed a method of subjective evaluation on instructed learning and drug treatment based on their data base.4.For establishing a method of diagnosis with brain functional localization, we proposed a method of diagnosis using a interactive system of navigating images in archives of MRI/fMRI 3D tomographic data, EEG spherical topography, and MEG current source.5.For developing a routine of analyzing and imaging 3D brain functional localization, we completed a program of analyzing and imaging pictures from data objects in object-oriented programming language (C^<++>).6.For applying the analyzing and imaging system of three-dimensional brain functional mapping to clinical use, we completed the system of multi-channel data input system with analyzing system of 3D brain functional localization.
