This Investigation was researched about the welfare needs and the treatment of old peoples in the metropolis (Hiroshima City, KitaKyushu City and Fukuoka City), Nishi Nihon and it got the following result.1. The Roujinjiisikigata (old man self-consciousness type) in the old man consciousness type had most abundantly the social relations quantity (the number of formal groups) and Roujinjiritsugata(an old man autonomy type) had most abundantly the human relations quantity (the informal group number ). The characteristic-s of the metropolis old peoples is that the old man self-consciousness type has the many social relations quantity.2. An old people around to the 60-year-old rest was seen about 20% when it was seen with the old man who was summoned. This old people was seen by men more abundantly than by women and seen by a resident in the suburbs from the center of the city.3. When it was seen about a time sense of the old peoples who lives in the city, it found that it was sharp in the person whom the person who had work had a goal in a positive light. Then it found that was as sensitive as a cheerful old people to the earliness of the time.

本调查以大都会（广岛市、北九州市、福冈市）、西日本为研究对象，对老年人的福利需求和待遇进行了研究，得到了以下结果。老年人意识类型中的柔人自我意识类型的社会关系量（正式群体数）最丰富，柔人自我意识类型的人际关系量（非正式群体数）最丰富。大都会老年人的特点是老年人自我意识型具有多社会关系量.一个老人身边到60岁左右休息的人被看见的时候约有20%被看见的人是被召唤来的老人。这位老人被男人看到的次数比女人多，一位住在郊区的居民从市中心看到了这位老人。当人们看到生活在城市中的老年人的时间感时，发现有工作的人有一个积极的目标。这时它才发现，它对时间的早敏感得像一个快乐的老人。
