项目摘要

本研究はドキュメンタリーの素材を中心に、日本のマス・メディアの歴史におけるドキュメンタリーの性格の変容とデジタル化の進歩する現代社会におけるドキュメンタリーの共有や、再解釈、そしてそのあり方を考えることを目的とする。2006年度に行った「ドキュメンタリー・リテラシー・プログラム開発」プロジェクトのプロセスは、概ね、(1)今のマス・コミュニケーションの実状をよりクリティカルに読み取る、(2)自らドキュメンタリーを制作(取材・編集)する、(3)そしてドキュメンタリーチャンネル(URL://http://www.d-ch.tv)のウエブ上に投稿・アーカイブする、(4)実践を繰り返し持続的に行うことで、日常的な実践としてのドキュメンタリーを理解するとともに、地理的かつ空間的な制約を超えたオルタナティブなコミュニケーションを図る、のである。2006年度の成果としては、まず、ドキュメンタリーチャンネル(URL://http://www.d-ch.tv)のインターネット上のドキュメンタリー映像や写真の無料投稿サイトの立ち上げとコンテンツのストックが可能となったのがあげられる。今後も持続的な実践と成果のアーカイブが必要であろう。その他の2006年度の成果は以下のとおりである。【学会発表】(1)崔銀姫(単独)「ドキュメンタリーチャンネルの挑戦〜コミュニケーション空間におけるイメージ変容と課題〜」、2006年度韓国言論学会秋総会ワークショップ「韓国・日本・アメリカのドキュメンタリーをめぐって:その歴史と現状」(2006年10月14日)(2)崔銀姫(単独)「The Imagination of Documentary」、6^<th> Biennial Convention of the Pacific ＆ Asian Communication Association in University of Hawaii (2007年1月7-9日)(3)崔銀姫(単独)「ドキュメンタリーチャンネルの実践〜その可能性と課題〜」、情報通信学会関西支部情報文化研究会(2007年3月12日)【論文提出】崔銀姫(単独)「コミュニケーションとしてのドキュメンタリー〜エスノグラフィーとの接合と今後の可能性をめぐって〜」佛教大学社会学部論集(紀要)弟44号、2007年3月、1-16頁。
