项目摘要
本研究では、金融サービス会社を対象に、将来多くの戦略や組織の研究者がさまざまな仮説のテストに用いることのできる戦略や組織の変革に関する質的・量的データベースの構築を試みた。それと合わせて、当該データベースの有効性を検証するために、日本の金融サービス会社の海外進出にまつわる戦略および組織形態、規制環境の変化が及ぼした影響、規模の経済性などに関するいくつかの実証分析を行った。
This study aims to explore the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the organization's reform in the context of financial services and future research by organizations. In addition, when the effectiveness of the company is verified, the overseas entry and exit of Japanese financial services companies is strategically planned, and the organizational form, regulatory environment, and impact of the change are analyzed.
