项目摘要

二つの研究実績を上げることができた。一つ目は、「陸上自衛隊におけるTachikawa Resilience Scale (TRS) の適用可能性に関する研究」についてである。研究データ解析の結果、TRSは陸上自衛隊におけるレジリエンス尺度として、適用可能かつ有用な尺度であると考えられたため、この結果を取りまとめて国内の専門学会で発表し、その内容は専門の国際誌に投稿して受理され、公表した。二つ目は、「ゴラン高原の国連平和維持活動に派遣された隊員とその妻に関するメンタルへルス調査研究」に関してである。同意の取れた派遣隊員とその妻、324組に対して、派遣前1カ月から帰国直後まで計4回、メンタルヘルスに関する調査を行った。General Health Questionnaire; GHQ30を主要評価項目とし、経時的分析及び多変量解析を行った。調査期間を通じ、GHQ30の平均点、高得点者（7点以上）率ともに、派遣隊員より妻の方が高かった。GHQ高得点に関するリスク要因としては、隊員においては「妻がGHQ高得点者であること」が抽出され、妻においては「隊員がGHQ高得点者であること」、「派遣時に同居していないこと（単身赴任や夫婦関係の問題等）」等が抽出された。派遣隊員と妻のメンタルヘルス双方において、配偶者の精神的不調が双方向的に影響を及ぼしていることが示された。海外派遣に際して、妻のメンタルサポートを行うことで、派遣隊員のメンタルヘルスをより良好な状態で維持できる可能性が示唆された。この成果を取りまとめ、その内容は専門の国際誌に投稿して受理され、公表した。
