We planned the drug sensitivity test using gastric cancer cell line knocked down Osteopontin(OPN), however it did not work well. We next tried this work with colon cancer cell line. The colon cancer cell line which is knocked OPN down with specific siRNA has required 5FU resistance compared to control cell line. The difference was not observed when docetaxel was exposed.
