In order to establish an information service system that addresses the needs of patients with dementia and their families, we conducted an interview survey of 7 patients with dementia and 35 family carers. Verbatim transcripts of interview contents were subjected to theme analysis. The following six topics were extracted: “onset of symptoms,” “changes in cognitive function-memory, time, space, and language,” “feelings when diagnosed （the early-onset dementia patient),” “feelings when diagnosed （the family providing care),” “going to the hospital,” and “disclosing that the patient has an illness.” The website was constructed based on these findings.

为了建立满足痴呆症患者及其家属需求的信息服务系统，我们对7名痴呆症患者和35名家属照顾者进行了访谈调查。对采访内容的逐字记录进行了主题分析。提取了以下六个主题：“症状出现”、“认知功能——记忆、时间、空间和语言的变化”、“诊断时的感受（早发性痴呆患者）”、“诊断时的感受（照顾的家人）”、“去医院”和“透露患者有病”。该网站是根据这些发现构建的。
