主要针对中国中西部农村现代化的现状，得出以下结果：(1)基层政府财政预算赤字，依靠补贴；(2)土地非农用途扩大，但农民农业生活不一定好；(3)农民外出务农就业、就近就近就业或返乡创业增加；(4)在农民人均收入高于全国平均水平的地区，政府主导的农村互助金融协会或民间小额信贷机构已经进入并发挥着补充作用；(5)出台了工资上涨的措施，但问题尚未得到解决；(6)农民工开展工作不足；(7)在各种扶贫政策中，促进贫困农民参与的力度不够。

Mainly about the present situation of modernization of rural districts in middle-west China, we obtained the following results :(1) Government-budgets of basic rebel are deficit, depend on subsidies ;(2) Non-agricultural use of land has expanded but peasant lives depend on agriculture are not necessarily better ;(3) About the peasant's employment outside of agriculture, employment in local and neighborhood, or starting a business in hometown by the migrant who retuned are increasing ;(4) In the area which the per capita farmer's income is beyond the average of country, the village mutual-help finance association led by government, or the private microcredit institution have entered and are demonstrating the complementary role ;(5) The implementation of wage rise has been introduced to take measures of this problem, but the problem is not yet solved ;(6) Migrant worker peasants are insufficient to launch works ;(7) In various poverty alleviation policies, it is insufficient to promote to participation of poor peasants.
