The effect of D-serine on development of neuropathic pain

1)脊髓神经细胞中D-丝氨酸含量低于前脑如海马、纹状体和大脑皮质。2)脊髓神经细胞丝氨酸消旋酶mRNA水平低于海马、纹状体和大脑皮质等前脑神经细胞。3)脊髓神经细胞丝氨酸消旋酶蛋白水平低于前脑如海马、纹状体和大脑皮质。这些结果表明，D-丝氨酸含量和D-丝氨酸相关酶的mRNA/蛋白水平低于生理条件下的大鼠脑。

1) D-serine contents in nerve cells of spinal cords is less than forebrain such as hippocampus, striatum and cerebral cortex. 2) Serine racemase mRNA levels in nerve cells of spinal cords is less than forebrain such as hippocampus, striatum and cerebral cortex. 3) Serine racemase protein levels in nerve cells of spinal cords is less than forebrain such as hippocampus, striatum and cerebral cortex. These results demonstrate that contents of D-serine and mRNA/protein levels ofD-serine related enzymes is less than brain of rats under physiological condition.
