German company law has regulated its comprehensive regulation on the company group (Konzern) in 1965. This law has definition about the listed company, a code of corporate governance, code regulate more details another hand as self-regulation. Accounting about the group companies has been regulated at first in company law, but these regulations have been made now in commercial law as a general rule. These special regulations in Germany have harmonized with IFRS, when they have been introduced in EU as common regulations. Japanese company law 2005 has regulated the definitions of the company groups. As a study of comparative law jurisdiction, these German laws indicate many meaningful regulations for the Japanese law. I have analyzed therefor the historical progress and regulations of company law and contributed to Doshisha Law Review.

德国公司法于1965年对公司集团（Konzern）进行了全面的规制。该法对上市公司有定义，有公司治理规范，规范的细节较多，另一方面作为自律规范。集团公司会计最早是在公司法中进行规定的，但这些规定现在已经在商法中作为通则加以规定。德国的这些特殊法规与IFRS相协调，当它们作为共同法规引入欧盟时。日本《2005年公司法》对公司集团的定义进行了规范。作为比较法管辖权的研究，这些德国法律为日本法律提供了许多有意义的规定。因此，我分析了公司法的历史进程和规定，并为《同志社法律评论》撰稿。
