In this research project, I have investigated that the uniqueness and pioneer of the women’s education of the Meiji-Jogakko (Meiji Women’s School), which is the first mission school founding by Japanese. I made it clear by examining the discourse study on “Jogaku-Zasshi (Woman’s Studies Journal)”, which was published based in Meiji-Jogakko. Moreover, I studied in comparison of public / private women's school and Meiji-Jogakko. By verifying the woman high education of the Meiji-Jogakko synthetically, I was able to position the historical meaning of the school into the history of woman high education of Japan.

在这个研究项目中，我调查了日本第一所教会学校明治女子学校在妇女教育方面的独特性和先驱性。我通过研究明治女性学校出版的《女性研究杂志》的话语研究来明确这一点。另外，我还比较了公立/私立女子学校和明治女子学校的情况进行了研究。通过对明治女子高等教育的综合考证，我得以将明治女子高等教育的历史意义定位到日本女子高等教育史上。
