Because of the degradation of human embryo samples and the small amount of DNA, it was difficult to obtain the high quality DNA that is usable for array CGH analysis even after the Whole Genome Amplification.Furthermore, we tried array CGH analysis using ULS labeling technology after extracting DNA, but the required quality and effective hybridization for analysis was not observed.
