目的は、ウェブアプリケーションの操作画面を提供するプログラムに対して対話的なコーチを提示するチュートリアルプログラムを後付けで追加できるメカニズムの確立である。既に完成したウェブアプリケーションに対して、そのプログラムを変更せずに、あと付けでコーチ用のプログラムを追加できるための条件と方法が明らかになることに意義がある。令和４年度の計画は、子供向けプログラム教育ウェブアプリケーションIslayPubを対象として令和３年度に実装したチュートリアルプログラムの例に基づいて、チュートリアルプログラムが構成可能になるための条件と構成方法を一般化することであった。その具体的な条件と構成方法が得られた。元のウェブアプリケーションが満たすべき条件は、タップだけで操作でき、全てのドキュメントノードが一意なIDをもっていることである。構成方法を示す。半透明な灰色のシート状ノードを全てのノードの前面に配置することによって、どの既存ノードもタップできないようにする。その上で、チュートリアルシナリオに沿って次にタップすべきノードだけを灰色シートのさらに前面に表示して浮き上がって見えるようにして、そのノードをタップすることをユーザに促す。このノードをユーザがタップすると、元のアプリケーションは、その本来の機能によって動作するので、チュートリアルプログラムは特別なことをする必要はない。チュートリアルプログラムは、ユーザイベントとしてタッチエンドを検出して、タッチエンドの対象がシナリオで意図したノードであれば次のステップへ進み、灰色のシートであれば現在のステップを繰り返す。この成果は国際会議論文として９月に発表した。また、本研究の副産物として得られた「遠隔にいる生身のアドバイザをボタン１つで呼び出して画面共有と音声で相談できる機能をウェブアプリケーションに組み込む方法」も国際会議論文として発表した。
