项目摘要

本研究の目的は，教員のキャリア教育の捉え方と「各教科におけるキャリア教育」の実施状況との関係を教科特性や学校段階等の視点から明らかにすることによって，キャリア教育を中核としたカリキュラム・マネジメントや効果的な取り組みを検討し，全国の学校現場へ発信・提供することにある。この目的を達成するために、1年目は、学習指導要領に示された「基礎的・汎用的能力」や「生きる力」を中心概念とした教員のキャリア教育の捉え方を測定する小学校・中学校・高等学校の教員共通の尺度開発を試みた。小学校・中学校・高等学校の教員を対象に実施した予備調査と追加調査によって集められた150名のDATAを分析した結果，教員のキャリア教育の捉え方が「自立に関わる因子」「自己に関わる因子」といった2因子が基本となっていることが見いだされた。また，これらを重視する度合いは学校段階によって若干の差が見られた。また，本調査を進める過程で「何のために生きるのか」といった価値観に関わる測定尺度の必要性があることが明らかになり，2年目は，この点を含めた測定尺度を開発に努めるとともに，各教科におけるキャリア教育の実施状況や教科特性との関係性を明らかにできるよう，質問紙を工夫・改善し本調査へとつなげる予定である。1年目の成果については，日本キャリア教育学会令和４年度中部地区部会冬季研究会のシンポジウム：進学指導とキャリア教育において話題提供を行った。
