项目摘要

成人吃音話者に対するセルフコンパッション（思いやりにあふれた自己との関わり方）の効果やその神経基盤を調査する研究を進めてきた。参加者に教示した上でMRI装置内でコンパッション瞑想を行って頂き、その際の脳活動を計測した。MRI内での主観的な瞑想の深さは、以前計測したMRI外の瞑想の深さと有意な差はなく、MRIという特殊な環境下でも十分に瞑想出来ることを確認した。瞑想の強度の個人差に関しては、吃音が始まってから現在に至るまで、吃音に関わる心理的苦痛の程度が大きい話者ほど「想像上の他者から自分へ励ます瞑想」のイメージの強度が弱いことが分かった。また、心理的苦痛に対する他者からのサポートの満足度が大きいほど、他者から自分へ励ます瞑想のイメージの強度が強いことが分かった。脳活動に関しては、現在までの結果では、コンパッション瞑想時に前頭葉や帯状回などのいくつかの賦活が観察された。参加者数がまだ十分でないため、今後も実験を継続して検討を続ける。/ 吃音話者の非流暢性は、聞き手がほとんど気づかない場合でも、話者は自己の発話に関して悩んでいることが多い。つまり、吃音話者の自身の発話への評価は、聞き手が感じる程度と比較して、ネガティブにバイアスされていることが多い。このネガティブバイアスは心の健康にとってマイナスに働き、結果として様々な社会行動を狭めている。そこで本研究では、ネガティブバイアスを定量化することを目標にして、準備を進めてきた。このネガティブバイアスは、発話生成時のエラーを見逃さない自己への厳しさとも捉えることができ、内受容感覚との関連も推測できる。ネガティブバイアスの定量化の方法や、各種質問紙の取得、内受容感覚の計測法などを広く検討してきた。
