Rescently, there has been a lot of needs to develop models for analyzing social and economic structure and resident life activity for policy of living urban center.In this study we analyzed relationship of policy of living urban center and saving energy or environmental effect by using a person trip survey result. It was cleared that urban center resident have shorter trip length than other area resident. Especially, urban center resident contributed the decreasing amount of automobile exhaust and the saving energy because of their short trip length in use of their cars. They could also get a lot of their free time and increase their free activity.We also analyzed several conditions influencing selection of residential area through the AHP method which can analyze some factors in hierarchical structure.
近年来,人们迫切需要建立分析城市中心居住政策的社会经济结构和居民生活活动的模型,本研究利用一次出行调查结果,分析了城市中心居住政策与节能或环境效果的关系。研究结果表明,城市中心区居民出行距离较其他地区居民短。特别是城市中心区居民由于使用汽车的出行时间短,对减少汽车尾气排放和节约能源做出了贡献。通过层次分析法(AHP)分析了影响居民点选择的几个因素,并对影响居民点选择的因素进行了分析。
