This project was focused to design etxtracellular matrices and to fabricate three-dimensional tissues architecture. The design based on novel biomaterials, surface designs and fabrication process designs have been developed. These designs based on new disciplines have been consolidated to form functional hybrid tissues such as vessels and muscles. Thus, the study provided solid basis of the design criteria and tissue-engineering functional tissues.
