The objectives of the proposed research are to study the dynamic behavior of mechanical systems, both large and microdimensionally small, through analytical and experimental investigations. Advances in technology demand a clear understanding of the dynamics and vibration behavior of mechanical systems for their design and satisfactory operation. Vibration and noise problems are an integral part of the operation of industrial machines, such as industrial machines and structures, vehicle structures, aerospace structures, civil structures, Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS).
