Canadas Smartest Kitchen (CSK) at Holland College is a leader in Atlantic Canadian food product development. Mandated to assist Atlantic Canadian SMEs in the food sector, CSK has strategically built its infrastructure and expertise network in order to deliver market-validated solutions to food companies of all sizes. CSKs multidisciplinary team of food scientists, award winning chefs, and market experts have a vision of being the global choice for food product development. They achieve this by providing clients with a customizable suite of services capturing the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, transferring valuable knowledge and proven processes for food innovation to help clients meet ever-changing needs of consumers. CSK continually demonstrates enhanced value to new and returning food industry clients by becoming an extension of their own team and de-risking the product development process. With a strategic network of industry partners, including category experts, primary producers, ingredient suppliers, and government funding partners, CSK is a one-stop resource for food product development needs. By thinking like entrepreneurs and expanding their collective team expertise through continuous learning, CSK is positioned at the leading-edge of food innovation and is an asset to Atlantic Canadian SMEs in the food industry.
