Blugenics is seeking support from Canada's Smartest Kitchen, the food product R&D arm of The Culinary Institute of Canada at Holland College to increase opportunities in the food industry with their innovative phytoplankton products. Blugenics phytoplankton product is rich in nutrients like essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and omega fatty acids. Together, CSK and Blugenics will examine how the product performs in various new applications. This will enable Blugenics to focus its marketing efforts in new areas and to be able to articulate how the product performs in specific cooking and food processing applications.
