Blonyx Biosciences Inc. has requested the assistance of CSK in developing a line of convenient,**athlete-focused food products. The food products must carry a to-be-determined functional benefit and have a**simple ingredient label. With this, Blonyx aims to expand from their current consumer base of CrossFit athletes**to include a broader category of athletic individuals with the key messaging of "holistic nutrition for holistic**athletes". CSK is a NSERC Technology Access Center and promotes an innovation culture within Holland**College by supporting Culinary Institute of Canada student's participation in industry led research projects.
