Stitch Media is an interactive production company based in Toronto, Ontario, focused on building innovative digital experiences and meaningful audience engagement with new technology. Stitch Media and WIMTACH are partnering to research on current use of spatial audio in Virtual Reality (VR) games to improve the use and implementation of dialogues in their Flow Weaver game, which has endless potential for growth as escape rooms have taken off as an industry across the world. Stitch Media plans to commercialize their VR with an initial Sony launch, prioritizing English and French versions of the game (with expansions including Japanese, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish etc.) which will open up significant new customer base for ongoing sales. Flow Weaver will help bring further attention to the local VR scene, showing the value of Canadian content and investment in this area.
