THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION IN SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY

1.通过对日本文部科学省和教育政策研究所的调查，揭示了日本全国范围内课程管理的现状和政策问题。通过问卷调查和访谈对课程管理进行分析，发现：（1）不同学校的课程开发与评价管理组织模式不同，课程管理组织的模式因学校规模和教师属性的不同而不同。学校内部的课程评估制度受到官僚制度和公共教育监督的过度控制3。教育委员会倾向于积极支持有进取心的学校。我们研究了英国、美国和爱尔兰共和国的课程管理5。2002年9月，小泉先生在日本国立教育方法研究会（日本女子大学）上发表了关于课程开发与评价管理的理论问题

A nationwide situation and policy problems of the management of curriculum were showed by the investigation in the Ministry of Education and National Institute for Educational Policy Research of Japan2.
