A Study of Promoting the Educational Cooperation among Family, School and Community through School Evaluation System

本研究的目的在于厘清近二十年来家长对家庭、学校与社区角色的看法，以及家长对家庭、学校与社区教育合作的看法，并分析因应儿童变化的学校评量制度，促进家长与学校教育合作的策略。我已阐明学校要建立校本管理，必须建立学校评核制度作为问责制，通过学校评价体系促进家庭、学校、社区教育合作，需要提升学校的智力。为了在应对儿童变化的教育管理中促进他们之间的教育合作活动，有必要让校长和教师与家长和居民（即利益相关者）一起分析和讨论儿童成长的场域。重要的是，儿童成长领域的人和组织一定要扮演好每一个角色，每个人和组织都要作为支持儿童的伙伴相互合作和协作。

The purposes of this study are to clarify the parents' view about the role of family, school and community for recent twenty years and about the educational cooperation among them, and to analyze the strategy of promoting the educational cooperation among them through school evaluation system coping with children's changes.In the study, I have clarified that schools have to construct the school evaluation system as an accountability system in order to establish the school-based management, and that sophisticating the intelligence of school is necessary for promoting the educational cooperation among family, school and community through school evaluation system. For promoting the activities about the educational cooperation among them in educational administration coping with children's changes, it is necessary that principal and teachers analyze and discuss the field of children's growing up with parents and inhabitants, namely stakeholders. And it is important that people and organizations in the field of children's growing up fill each role certainly, and each person and organization cooperates and collaborates each other interactively as a partner for supporting children.
